Aquasept effervescent disinfectant tablets are a broad spectrum effective biocide containing 8.68 g NaDCC (Sodium Dichioroisocyanurate/Troclosene Sodium). It has an excellent effect against bacteria, viruses, fungi and spores.

APPLICATION

APPLICATION and CONCENTRATION
Food industry: Fruit/vegetable disinfection
1 tablet ANTI-GERMs AQUASEPT is soluble in 100 liters of water, providing a solution containing 50 ppm of active chlorine.
Remove impurities from fruits and vegetables with the help of washing/brushing. Prepare 50 ppm uk free chlorine solution. If possible, keep the rinse water temperature approximately 10°C higher. Immerse fruit/vegetables in solution and mm. Rinse by shaking for 3Os, 5 minutes if possible. Make sure that the trapped air in some vegetables (eg broccoli) is removed. After rinsing, fruits and vegetables should be consumed as soon as possible. If storage is required, remove the product and shake off excess water, if possible, gently pat dry with a paper towel. Place in a sealed polyethylene bag or airtight container and keep under refrigerated conditions at 4 - 8°C for up to 24 hours as soon as possible.
If you want to store the product for more than 1 day, use it as a double dose or 1 tablet in 50 liters of water. When the product is removed, rinse the products with potable water before drying and storing. Immediately before use, remove fresh product from storage and rinse with potable water.
BIOCIDAL PROPERTIES
Sodium dichloroisocyanurate is also known as Troclocene sodium or sodium dichloro-s-triazine trion and is often abbreviated as NaDCC or SDIC. It is an organic chlorine donor. The antibacterial effect of the product is due to the oxidation of cell components by the ionized hypochlorous acid molecule. It has been determined that NaDCC solution is effective against the following microorganisms.
Bacteria: Aerobacter aero genes, Campylobacter, Shigella Spp., Enterococcus faecium, Escherichia coil, Kiebsie ila pneumoniae, Listeria monocyto genes. USAGE

PRECAUTIONS DURING USE
Do not get in eyes, skin or clothing. Avoid breathing airborne particles; Use respiratory protection against possible exposure. Wear goggles or face shield while using and use rubber gloves while handling. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after use. Wash contaminated clothing before use. The vapor space in a closed container may contain small amounts of chlorine gas and compounds from decomposition of the product. Just mix it with water. Use clean dry containers. Do not mix this product with residues of other products.
Keep out of reach of children. Store in its original packaging in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area where the temperature does not exceed 25°C. Keep packaging tightly closed and away from incompatible materials. Do not allow water to enter the packaging. Protect from sunlight. Do not store together with acids!
